Westmoreland is a community of quality single-family homes located on the west side of Williamsburg, Virginia.  Westmoreland features wooded lots, a recreation area, conservation greenspaces, and protective restrictive covenants.  Westmoreland is a quiet, peaceful haven just off Olde Towne Road that is convenient to shopping, schools, Colonial Williamsburg, the College of William and Mary, the Williamsburg-James City Recreation Center, several golf courses, fine dining and many other services.  Richmond, Newport News, Virginia Beach and Norfolk, including airports and resort areas, are all easily accessible from Westmoreland.

The Westmoreland Homeowners Association is composed of homeowner volunteers from the Westmoreland community.  It includes the Westmoreland Architectural Committee, which serves as a design review board to ensure quality in the building of homes, fences, outbuildings and other structures.
